Treasury Manager

This role assists the Vice President in carrying out the strategy and activities of the Treasury function including providing support to maximize achievement of the company’s financial goals by executing activities in treasury operations including funding, investments, and cash management.

What you will be doing:

• Implementation and operation of the Kyriba treasury workstation
  • This includes collaboration with various departments across the organization that will be utilizing the workstation to ensure a successful deployment and on-going use of the system
  • Working with Internal Audit on documenting and updating internal controls, SOX 404 compliance, and on-going support during audits
  • Administer company training
• On-going administration of the Kyriba treasury workstation
• Oversee treasury analyst with the cash-forecasting of the company’s cash with the goal of minimizing variances between forecasted cash activities and actual cash activities
• Approve cash movements executed by the treasury analyst for the company to include various payments to third parties, concentrating excess cash for maximum interest earnings, and monitoring target balances as required under debt compliance
• Approve payments in Kyriba executed by other departments
• Assist treasury analyst with bank account management in Kyriba
• Assist treasury analyst in managing Kyriba reporting for the Vice President and Treasurer to analyze
• Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Other skills related to building a career in treasury!

The education and experience we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• CTP preferred
• 4 plus years of cash management experience preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in project management preferred

What skills you should have:

• Experience in banking and payment execution
• Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with strong work ethic to meet daily challenges of a fast-paced environment
• Experience in writing professional letters
• Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes
• Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders
