Our south of Boston client with operations throughout North America seeks a manager of its treasury team.In this highly visible you will report to senior management and lead a team of treasury analysts in the day-to-day execution of departmental goals

Your deliverables include:

Effectively communicate and present the critical treasury related matters to senior management.

Manage bank reporting and communication and ensure compliance with credit agreements

Manage internal investment activity, external investments,

Assists in the development of funding and investment strategies

prepares materials for external security analysts, monitors company’s cost of capital, etc.

Prepares reports and analysis on earnings and expenses.

Manages capital market risks and interest exposures. Ensure reporting and tracking of client investments and deposits is accurate and updated on a timely basis.

Conducts borrowing and investing activities

Advise on financial implications of strategic and operational plans as it relates to long range plan model

Manage organization cash flow, forecasting and planning. Publish regular cash flow forecast, variance analyses and other related reports

Manage bank accounts and ensure accurate record keeping

Develop processes to efficiently manage working capital

Ability to prepare scenario analysis and present budget for new or ongoing projects

Position will provide information to drive decision making at the top level

Point person on lender and banking relationship management

The successful candidate will have:

BS in Finance or Accounting (other business related degrees considered) and/or MBA BA in Finance or Accounting.

Seven or more years of experience in the treasury function.Ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry.You should have a minimum of one-year supervisory experience with proven history of assuming higher levels of responsibilities.

The ability to maintain and manage the mechanics of direct cash flow models.Experience in bank reporting, treasury/cash management, and working capital management skills are preferred.
