Keplr Vision is currently going through tremendous growth and expanding its Finance Department. We are seeking a sharp, motivated, detail-oriented Treasury Manager to join the team in our Bloomington, IL location!

This position reports to the Controller and is responsible for overseeing the Treasury Department, of Keplr Vision. This includes responsibility for, but not limited to, day-to-day cash management, bank account management and compliance, corporate card programs, and leading process improvement initiatives. Responsibility for building strong relationships with internal customers is also required. Possess a strong customer focus with the ability to meet the needs of the business while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leader in identifying and implementing best practices and improvements in treasury, cash forecasting, and cash management.
• Building a team environment, setting performance standards, measuring and developing team.
• Responsible for primary cash management activity, creating and understanding treasury related accounting journal entries, and treasury financial reporting requirements for management.
• Manages and supports the team to ensure all duties are performed accurately, efficiently, and timely.
• Directs all cash management functions for operational liquidity (e.g. balances, cash positioning, payment transfers (ACH/WIRES), intercompany lending, line of credit activity, documentation, investment activity, etc.)
• Works with the Accounting teams to support daily cash reconciliations and non-customer deposits.
• Leads the bank account administration functions such as opening/ closing bank accounts, signatory updates, maintenance of global bank account database.
• Manages and controls multiple banking online portals and controlled access protocols for the company.
• Analyze and monitor bank and credit card fees, identify unusual activity and research to determine root causes.
• Develop Treasury procedures, identify opportunities for further process improvements and leverage technology to improve treasury processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Tax, Legal, Accounting, and all areas of Finance to analyze and support Treasury-specific and broad corporate initiatives.
• Apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures related to CTP standards and internal controls.
• Support the monthly close process, including financial analysis and preparation of monthly reporting requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of bank account reconciliations.
• Participate in the accounting cycles and meet stringent deadlines.
• Implements changes in methods or procedures to improve the efficiency.
• Proactively ensure controls and processes are maintained, while delivering timely, accurate, and high quality financial statements.
• Solve problems while handling multiple assignments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Working Knowledge of Banking Software Applications.
• Advanced knowledge of cash management and treasury practices.
• The candidate should be comfortable dealing with complex treasury matters and demonstrate competency in banking, current accounting regulations, and internal controls.
• Solid understanding of complex accounting matters and demonstrate competency in US GAAP, current accounting regulations and internal controls.
• Experience working in a divisional/operational as well as corporate environment is highly desirable.
• The candidate must demonstrate previous experience and success in influencing and driving change, projects and programs across multiple organizations / functions.
• The candidate must have strong communication (oral and written) and relationship building skills.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP ledger systems is preferred.
• Experience with Blackline software if preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other business-related field.
• Masters degree in business administration or CPA Certification preferred.
