Treasury Manager

Venn Group are recruiting for a Treasury Manager on a permanent basis to join a well establish organisation in South Birmingham area.

Duties include:

• Ensure bank transactions are processed and recorded in line with company procedures
• Ensure all queries are resolved quickly and act as an escalation point for queries
• Work on projects to improve systems and processes
• Create monthly cash forecast to be presented to the Finance Controller
• Monitor and update direct debits and standing orders
• Manage and maintain bank mandates for all bank accounts
• Manage and maintain online bank access for all bank accounts
• Process all outward payments
• Conduct regular 1-2-1s with team members arranging and reviewing CPD records
• Support the wider finance function with month end and year end
• Assist with training and induction of new staff
• Work with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure adherence to policy
• Develop and maintain a customer charter reviewing team SLAs
• Publish bank balance and cash collection daily

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous treasury experience
• Have previous people management skills
