Culver Franchising System, LLC is adding a Treasury Manager to our Finance team. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for providing leadership for the areas of treasury and tax management, system gift card and credit card programs and financial systems controls. Ensure the company’s processes, policies, procedures and reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles, tax requirements and brand standards in support of franchisee, the organization’s management team and its shareholders; while adding value to the brand. This position will be based at our Support Center in Prairie du Sac, WI.
Essential functions will include:
Responsible for overall banking functions including banking transactions oversight, cash forecasting, controls and developing internal audit processes and procedures
Lead debt management and shareholder distribution processes, documentation, and compliance
Develop policies and procedures for cash management that are consistent with best practice and maximize department productivity
Collaborate with the CFO and finance leadership team on policies, processes and procedures
Manage all aspects of the Gift Card program, including loss prevention, consortium, procurement, distribution, vendor management and restaurant processing
Manage all financial aspects of the system-wide credit card program
Manage company payment programs including oversight for company credit cards, purchasing and prepaid payment systems
Lead company unclaimed property process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead the planning, compliance, execution and oversight for the company and entity required tax filings and payments, including all consolidated and non-consolidated entities
Develop, enhance, and maintain positive business relationships
Develop and conduct relevant training for the CFS Support team and Finance, Accounting, and Analytics team
Provide Finance & Accounting team leadership oversight and expertise to advance the processes and systems within the organization
Bachelors degree in accounting, CTM or CPA preferred
5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
