The Treasury Manager will maintain the stewardship for financial assets and debt, including cash management, debt management, and investment management functions of the organization and its affiliated entities. You will manage weekly and quarterly debt reporting along with preparing related footnote disclosures in support of the financial statements. The Treasury Manager will report to and work closely with the Vice President of Treasury & Corporate Controller and others in the organization on liquidity analysis, cash forecasting, and debt covenants. The ideal candidate possesses experience in debt management along and leadership capabilities and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented. The candidate must be comfortable working to develop structures and policies while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
What You Will Do
Manage the weekly debt reports to debtors, partners, and executives.
Participate in the development/establishment of treasury policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process changes.
Assist the Controller in the development of internal control procedures while improving business practices.
Participate in strategic financial projects including liquidity and debt analysis.
Interact at all levels within the organization and with the FPA team to produce timely, efficient, and accurate month-end close reports.
Liaison with corporate insurance providers, manage policies, and take point on renewals.
Keep records and schedules related to debt and hedge agreements.
Lead the quarterly debt reporting to ensure Company compliance and representations are accurate.
Annually review schedule of authorization and critical processes for compliance and necessary adjustments to meet the business needs.
Are You Qualified?
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
Minimum of 3 years public accounting, preferably in a mid-large size firm
5+ years of managing debt
Is This You?
Do you have experience with forecasting and managing debt covenants?
Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
A proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
