Rapidly expanding national energy company in North Houston is looking to add an experienced Treasury Manager to their leadership team!The Treasury Manager will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, lenders, banking partners, and the private equity owner to ensure sufficient liquidity, strong controls, and efficient treasury processes.The responsibilities will include the following:Manage banking relationships, bank account administration, authorized signers, user access, treasury services, and related documentation.Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, analyze forecast-to-actual variances, and communicate liquidity requirements to management.Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across the Company’s bank accounts and legal entities.Support acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic initiatives, including bank account transitions, liquidity planning, debt-related requirements, and treasury due diligence.Oversee cash concentration, transfers, funding requests, wires, ACH activity, and other treasury transactions while maintaining appropriate approval controls.Administer the Company’s debt facilities, including revolving credit and asset-based lending arrangements, and coordinate required borrowing base certificates, compliance reporting, interest payments, and lender requests.Monitor debt balances, availability, interest rates, fees, covenant requirements, and other financing obligations; provide timely reporting to management and the private equity owner.Partner with Accounting to support bank reconciliations, cash-related general ledger activity, month-end close, and resolution of reconciling items.Develop, document, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, internal controls, and segregation of duties for cash management and payment activities.Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash visibility, working capital, banking structure, payment processes, fraud prevention, and treasury automation.Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or related field, CTP or other professional certification is a plus. A minimum of 8 years’ Treasury, Accounting or Finance experience, including managing corporate cash and banking activities required, working with a private equity owned company is a plus.
