LocationAmsterdam, The NetherlandsJob ResponsibilitiesTreasury planning, budgeting, and forecastingBank account and cash safety managementFinancing and credit facility managementReceivables and collection cash flow managementLetter of credit managementTreasury analysis and reportingDevelopment of treasury policies and internal controlsCross-departmental collaboration with Accounting, AP, AR, and headquartersQualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or treasury management, with at least 3 years in treasury, cash management, corporate finance, or bank financing; Experience in multinational corporations, automotive, technology, manufacturing, or international trade is preferred.Solid knowledge of corporate cash flow management, cash forecasting, bank account administration, financing, credit facilities, and international settlement operations.Hands-on experience in bank financing, letters of credit, bank guarantees, trade finance, and related activities.Good understanding of foreign exchange risk management; Experience in FX exposure analysis and hedging is preferred.Experience in cross-border fund management, intercompany fund flows, or treasury operations in the European region is preferred.Familiarity with the Dutch and European corporate banking environment; Experience in direct communication and negotiation with local European banks is preferred.Strong financial analysis and cash flow modeling skills, with the ability to independently perform cash forecasting, scenario analysis, and treasury risk assessments.English proficiency as a working language; fluent Dutch.
