Treasury Manager, Operations and Technology

The Treasury Manager, Operations and Technology will join a team that oversees liquidity across 90+ markets and play a meaningful role addressing the key challenges impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of NielsenIQs Treasury operations. The role will report directly to the VP, Assistant Treasurer of Global Liquidity and will support planning, implementation, and execution of NielsenIQs Treasury technology strategy. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable in liquidity management solutions, banking services and the current Treasury technology landscape. The ideal candidate should have a track record dealing with complexity, thrive under pressure, and have experience in a global Treasury organization in cash management or project management capacity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate opportunities to optimize global cash visibility, automate treasury functions and increase internal controls.
• Partner with senior Treasury leadership to define Treasury operations strategy
• Oversee banking connectivity and act as key point of contact on all Treasury matters
• Act as Treasury lead on global payment transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, product vendors and development teams to implement business solutions and processes using best-in-class standards, procedures, and methodologies.
• Lead treasury M&A integration efforts in partnership with corporate development, technical accounting, systems, and finance stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Global Treasury Operations Policies
• Manage global bank fees and optimize current process to analyze and validate billing while providing management with actionable reporting
• Manage Treasury website (single depository for all Treasury related activity and FAQ portal)
• Be one of core banking system administrator responsible for setting up and managing user setup in line with Treasury policies

You are a subject matter expert on treasury-related topics with a constant eye on process improvement and creating efficiencies through technology. You love rolling up your sleeves and diving into all activities associated with treasury operations to find a better way. You thrive in in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with managing competing projects and deliverables on tight timelines. You are a team player keen to learn and grow. Most importantly you find Treasury FUN!!!!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree preferred.
• MBA, CTP or other professional designation a plus.
• Experience of 3 to 6 years in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting
• Strong knowledge of Treasury trends, technology systems and bank connectivity
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including project management and implementation experience
• Proficient at creating managerial level presentations and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI Reporting and Dashboards
• Excellent interpersonal skills (oral, written & listening)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment
