The role of the Treasury Management Implementation Specialist is to process implementation requests for both new and existing customers. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to the creation of customer agreements, which are required for implementation. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are also required, as customer training on implemented services is a large component of the position.
Prepare Treasury Management documents/agreements and implement requested TM services for new and existing customers.
Perform testing of ACH and Positive Pay files as necessary and provide feedback to customer or their designees regarding results and any changes needed.
Conduct customer trainings and installations (over the phone and occasionally on site) throughout the Wintrust footprint.
Assist with TM Support calls and maintenance as needed.
CTP or AAP a plus
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to organize and multi-task in a fast paced environment, using multiple applications and systems.
Previous banking and/or Treasury Management experience a plus.
