The TM Support Specialist position is expected to provide ongoing support and maintenance for Wintrust Financial Corps Treasury Management clients. TM Support covers all TM products including but not limited to iBusiness Banking, Business Online Bill Payment, iBusiness Capture, ACH Origination, Wire Origination, Lockbox Services, ACH Positive Pay, and Check Positive Pay. Courteous and efficient customer support is expected over the phone to internal and external customers, while simultaneously pulling and working TM Maintenance tickets to perform maintenance for the clients.
Duties:
Provide support to internal (bank staff) and external clients that call in to the Treasury Management Support line
Pull TM Maintenance tickets through the ITSM Self Service Tool (Heat)
Assist management with projects as needed and when requested
Skills Required:
Focus on customer service for both internal and external clients
General knowledge of Treasury Management products and the banking industry
The ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests at one time
