Treasury Operations Analyst (Fully Remote or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid))

How This Role Contributes to Brighthouse Financial :
This role reports to the Director of Treasury Operations and is responsible for performing activities related to the support of a banking infrastructure and execution of strategy to meet Brighthouse Financials business needs in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform day-to-day Treasury Operations tasks related to establishing and maintaining bank accounts
• Set daily cash position across general and separate account portfolios, including developing daily cash position and managing daily liquidity
• Supporting disbursements processes for internal business partners and third-party service providers (payment files from TPAs, investments driven custody account movements, etc.)
• Complete and Distribute Treasury reporting packages as necessary
• Act as System administrator on all Banking Portals, including the Treasury Management System (Kyriba)
• Conduct Payment Research and Verification for inbound/outbound wires or ACH payments across multiple banks
• Perform analysis of quarterly cash movements and report on variations between projections and cash actuals
• Monitor Team Email Box and resolve issues or assign tasks to other team members for resolution
• Support audit activities
• Support Treasury Operations initiatives
• Perform other related duties as required

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills :

• 2+ years of related treasury or finance experience in a public or private company environment
• In-Depth Knowledge of banking services, terminology, processes and overall treasury management principles, fundamentals, and techniques
• Experience performing banking system administration, user audits and related tasks
• Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance or related field is preferred
• Strong computer skills with experience using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Insurance industry experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits :

• Compensation : Base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results
