Treasury Operations Associate

Seeking an experienced candidate within Treasury Operations to manage and oversee bank account opening, payment processing, SWIFT messages, and settlements.

Description

• Manage approval of daily payments and follow ups
• Work with banking partners on KYC and payment processing
• Manage global bank account opening & closings
• FX trade settlements
• Responsible for oversight of SWIFT payments
• Create and maintain Tableau reporting
• Analyze areas for improvement with measurable metrics
• Manage the project resources, timelines, and goals

Profile

• 8 -12 years of Finance/Operations/Treasury experience
• Top tier bank, investment, or financial services firm experience
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Wall Street Treasury Management System experience a plus
