Processing cash payments in clients bank portals, both accurately and efficiently
Monitoring bank activity, tracking capital call receipts, and ensuring distributions are processed correctly
Communicating with vendors and investors on any payment issues and in obtaining banking instructions
Maintaining all banking instructions within a secure database and continuously updating this database
Collecting of W-9s from vendors and investors for 1099 reporting
Managing and tracking the completion of investor subscription documents
Updating investor information on an ad-hoc basis
Posting documents to the clients investor portal and sending out blast communications
Compiling investor data within Investran database
Supporting the team with onboarding new clients, which includes gathering requisite legal documentation for the fund, its investors, and its investments
Ensuring client and investor data is correctly populated within our Investran database by populating upload templates and reviewing results of uploads
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Recommending or proposing strategic improvements to existing treasury and investor service processes, which includes process standardization across clients
Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
Bachelors in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
3 or more years of professional experience in a treasury, administration, or operations role with a bank or similar financial services industry
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication, time management, planning, and problem solving skills and the ability to multitask required
Must be able to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and verbal communication with team members and current clients
Requires ability to work both in team environment and independently
Eagerness to learn and strong work ethic
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines
