The Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations team is looking for a Treasury Operations Manager to work in a wire room to process money movement and monitor treasury bank balances.
Server as the process Manager for the TA Treasury Operations team. The team is responsible for the daily money movement of approximately $20 billion between Fidelity transfer agents and the Fidelity group of funds. We process the money movement related to shareholder activities with multiple banks and business partners. Work in conjunction with the TA Treasury Ops Senior Manager to ensure all daily functions are timely and accurate. Serve as the operations subject matter expert for our banking partners as well as our business partners. Participate in various projects to ensure initiatives that impact daily operations are successfully executed. Participate in testing the Disaster Recovery/Contingency plans for operations daily.
TA Treasury Operations is the centralized unit primarily drives timely and accurate transfer of $30-40 billon dollars daily of Fidelity fund and client money among various transfer agent banks, the Fidelity Group of Funds custodian banks, and FMTC/FIAM products. Other key functions include: Business partner and banking relationship management; Fund income and expense analysis and allocation; Investment of excess cash; Funding of daily shareholder check-writing presentments; and Procedure development and maintenance.
