Treasury Product Manager Full Time

Pay: $59.85/ HR Based on Experience
Shift/Hours: 8A – 5P

Responsibilities for this Treasury Product Manager position include but are not limited to:

The Treasury Strategic Initiatives is responsible for driving the development and realization of the Treasury strategy in support of the CFO vision.

To be successful, the team focuses on a variety of objectives including overseeing, developing and launching Treasury focused change and business initiatives, collaborating with the Treasurer and his leadership team to build a cohesive Treasury vision, and guiding internal and external Treasurers Office communications in furtherance of Treasury principles.

Keeping Treasury aligned to our Vision and proactively connecting across the CFO Group and the enterprise is a crucial outcome.

The coordination and implementation of the numerous asks of Treasury to ensure we use everyone’s valuable time judiciously/wisely requires hands-on management, so we all feel the benefits.

Drive Strategic plan for Treasury Business Operations and Strategic Initiatives (TBOSI) team ensures teammates deliver on goals

Quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting

Support TBOSI Quarterly Business Review; external team success/updates (Outside TBOSI)

Create and deliver Treasury wide communications, newsletters, emails, mailbox management, shared drive management

Support organization of Treasury wide and TBOSI specific all-hands and town hall meetings

Employee engagement – Deliver on 12-month calendar of education, development, and team building events

Manage on-boarding presentation deck

Support management of routine team meetings

Support ad-hoc initiatives

Qualifications for this Treasury Product Manager position:

2-5 years of experience required

Prior experience working in business support and/or related areas

Finance or business experience with product knowledge of banking and Treasury

Organized and able to work on multiples tasks with limited supervision

Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Ability to draft write and draft communications in a simplistic manner with visual/graphical support

Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
