Monitors existing cash, fixed income and equity portfolios : Responsible for creating and maintaining the corporate investment policy for Nebraska Medicine : Researches and synthesizes information in order to make investment decisions in accordance with the investment policy : Analyzes investment performance, risk metrics, and asset category portfolios, relative to benchmarks, peers, and absolute return targets : Research return drivers and analyze links between qualitative and quantitative data : Evaluates and monitors portfolio risk, giving consideration to idiosyncratic security, sector, and asset class exposure and makes portfolio changes as needed : Monitors global capital markets and general economic conditions in order to provide informed opinations regarding future trends and other factors that may impact the investment portfolio : Maintains investment files for appropriate reporting and governance : Responsible for developing a stress test across investments to monitor exposure : Collaborates in developing fact-based recommendations related to long-term strategic assets allocations as well as short-term tactical decisions : Takes the lead in planning and executing new investments, transitions, and rebalancing including updating investment planning tools, overseeing investment execution and documenting investment rationale : Prepares reports for the management group, Investment Committee, Board, and others as needed : Responsible for cash forecasting, and partners with Accounting & Finance accordingly to understand how operations will impact cash
Minimum 8 years of treasury or investment experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Accounting required.
Chartered Financial Analyst Certification required
Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
