Treasury Senior Collections Manager

The Treasury Senior Collections Manager (SCM) will provide direct oversight of the Treasury Unit Collection Manager(s). The SCM will manage team Key Performance Indicators, complete 2nd Talk-Offs and team trainings, develop bench strength in leadership positions including UCM and Senior Collection Specialist, complete internal and client assigned deliverables, and facilitate daily client relationship items. The SCM will also be responsible for regular interaction with the client along with competitive performance rankings and attainment of quarterly monetary incentives.

This role will be work from home temporarily. Once offices are opened to all staff, the role will be based in the Arcade office.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field; additional equivalent work experience may serve as a substitute.
• A minimum of two years of collection/credit experience and/or bank experience preferably in default prevention.
• A minimum of two years collections supervisory experience required.
• Familiarity of the FDCPA
• PC experience in a windows environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Excellent leadership and motivation skills
• Excels by using time efficiently, planning, organizing, and prioritizing to achieve the highest quality of work with maximum production
• Possesses excellent PC skills.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality goals
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to assimilate large amounts of data and draw a logical conclusion from it

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ACA Collector Certificate preferred
