The Treasury Senior Collections Manager (SCM) will provide direct oversight of the Treasury Unit Collection Manager(s). The SCM will manage team Key Performance Indicators, complete 2nd Talk-Offs and team trainings, develop bench strength in leadership positions including UCM and Senior Collection Specialist, complete internal and client assigned deliverables, and facilitate daily client relationship items. The SCM will also be responsible for regular interaction with the client along with competitive performance rankings and attainment of quarterly monetary incentives.
This role will be work from home temporarily. Once offices are opened to all staff, the role will be based in the Arcade office.
