Location: Stratford with high flexibility, meaning that you’ll only be needed in the office one or two days per week

The Treasury Specialist is r esponsible for managing all the Treasury operations of CRUK (including liquidity and foreign exchange exposures). It supports all commercial operations of CRUK and ensures that appropriate banking arrangements are in place to enable all activities to be undertaken in an efficient manner.

This is a really important role for the whole organisation, and cash management will become a key focus, so ensuring any cashflow issues are identified and flagged, via Cashflow forecasts, well in advance so that mitigating actions can be implemented is also a key part of this role.
As the subject matter expert in all Treasury related endeavours, you’ll work closely with both the wider finance team and the rest of the charity to ensure that Treasury topics are always on the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
In addition, you’ll ideally be a fully qualified accountant/treasury specialist (or you’ll be qualified by significant experience), adept as conveying financial information to a non technical audience.
