Description:
Customer service role helping the treasury department
Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
Ensure adequate cash liquidity for group requirements through daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasting
Provides client training on various Treasury products as needed
Acts as a liaison with various Treasury product vendors to facilitate implementation of products such as Account Recon, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Crossroads, etc. Skills & Qualifications:
Proven strong service orientation and excellent customer service skills
Understanding of the technical aspects of Treasury products, e.g., file formats, transaction flows, file transmissions, etc.
Strong organizational skills including effective time management
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; Visio a plus
