Responsibilities:Design and establish a unified group treasury management system covering 13 business entities, including overall framework, end-to-end processes, management rules and system configurations.Develop and implement cross-entity cash pooling solutions, internal settlement arrangements and cross-border fund allocation strategies, and drive full-scale implementation across all entities.Build up group-level mechanisms for cash flow forecasting, liquidity risk management and standardized treasury reporting to support group-wide capital decision-making.Oversee the full lifecycle management of corporate bank accounts, online banking access permissions and banking relationships; optimize corporate financing structures and daily payment & collection arrangements.Identify and monitor group foreign exchange exposure, formulate and execute FX hedging strategies in compliance with group treasury policies to mitigate exchange rate risks.Establish and improve treasury internal control systems, covering payment authorization, dual-review mechanism, account reconciliation and whole-process audit trail management to ensure full regulatory and internal compliance.Coordinate with finance teams of all subsidiaries and local partner banks to drive consistent and standardized implementation of group treasury systems and processes across all entities.Core Job Requirements:Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 1 year of professional treasury experience with proven exposure to multi-entity or cross-border fund coordination and management.Solid capability to design and build end-to-end treasury systems and processes, including cash pooling structure deployment, bank account architecture optimization, cash flow forecasting system establishment and internal control mechanism formulation.Strong change management and cross-functional execution ability, capable of driving unified business implementation and cross-entity collaboration without direct administrative authority.Candidates with high potential for future Finance Manager development are highly preferred.
