About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to support local treasury operations, including cash management, corporate credit and debit cards, warehouse-related letters of credit, cash forecasting, and banking relationships. This role works closely with our corporate finance team, internal business partners, banks, and auditors.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee local cash receipts and disbursements to safeguard company funds, including transactions involving corporate credit and debit cards.Prepare monthly summaries of corporate credit card usage, review compliance with company policies, and investigate and report unusual activity.Manage warehouse-related letters of credit and coordinate related documentation and follow-up.Prepare rolling four-week, monthly, and project cash forecasts; analyze and explain variances between actual results and forecasts.Assist the corporate treasury team with local credit and financing matters, including documentation and bank coordination.Negotiate terms with credit card banking partners and maintain productive banking relationships.Support the communication and implementation of corporate treasury policies and procedures.Coordinate treasury-related matters with corporate departments, business teams, auditors, and other stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least one year of relevant finance or accounting experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Familiarity with online banking platforms and banking procedures.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to maintain banking relationships and collaborate across departments.Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required for regular communication with the corporate team.Strong attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and a commitment to safeguarding confidential financial information and company funds.Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceLanguage:Chinese (Required)Work Location: In person
