Job Details for Treasury Specialist:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
• Pay Rate: Depends on experience / TBD
• Contract To Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Treasury Specialist:

• Oversee all cash transactions to ensure proper disbursement and accounting
• Process treasury transactions to keep accounts in balance
• Point person for reconciliation adjustment resolution
• Correct discrepancies that occur between book and bank transactions resulting from high volume
• Monitor negative escrow file balances to resolve immediately
• Research and clean up older file balances
• Research and resolve outstanding checks
• Transfer funds as required to balance escrow files
• Handle audit requests and pulling of reports, data, and documents as required
• Process escheat filings for state compliance
• Liaison between the funding department and accounting department
• Assist with funding department help during busy periods

Job Requirements for Treasury Specialist:

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft excel
• 2-3 Years treasury or disbursement experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Detail oriented a must
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• Exchange non-routine information using tact as appropriate
• requiring good oral and written communication skills
