OVERALL OBJECTIVES:
The Treasury Systems Manager reports directly to the Group Treasury and Financing Manager. They are in charge of maintaining the Treasury Management System (TMS), and piloting the deployment of the TMS (Treasury Line) across the Group, as well as implementing new functionalities (such as cash flow forecasting, interco netting).
Currently, corporate treasury is using the system to manage all their financial operations (front-to-back-to-accounting), and the communication channel (Swiftnet) is under implementation.
The Treasury Systems Manager will introduce and onboard countries, concentrating on National Service Centers, to the current functionalities of the system (training, configuration on interface and accounting side), while also implementing the Swiftnet connectivity (in conjunction with Group Finance IT which pilots the ERP, the banks and the NSC), strictly observing Eurofins IT rules.
The Treasury Systems Manager currently supervises 2 TMS administrators located in Poland.
