The Treasury Team Lead is responsible for serving as a team lead in the finance department, while also acting as a link internally with finance, customer service, procurement while effectively interacting with Customers, Vendors, and Banks.
Essential Functions

Manage all things cash and ensure Corporate and Treasury policies are adhered to
Monitor, review, reconcile and report daily/monthly bank activities
Review and report cash position and activities daily, weekly and monthly basis
Maintain, complete, and enhance cash flow positioning/forecasting, analysis and reporting of cash flow trends and potential liquidity requirements
Owner of regional Credit Management activities
Responsible for Invoicing, Customer communications on receivables, collection of overdue balances, and cash application.
Oversee Accounts Payable invoice entry, vendor payment information, and review/process weekly payment run (ACH, checks).
Maintain Banking relationships and evaluate opportunities to increase alternative financing options or areas to increase the cash position
Assist the Accounting Manager with monthly closing.
Reconcile all cash related balance sheet accounts and preparation of work papers.
Assist the Accounting Manager with developing budgets.
Provide clear objectives for the team and manage activities and performance against those goals.

Treasury related experience
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years’ experience working for production/manufacturing company
Experience managing an individual or team
SAP experience
