Job Description
Position Overview
The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for the company’s global treasury function, overseeing liquidity strategy, cash forecasting, and financial risk management. In a ~$400M aerospace organization, this role is both hands-on and strategic, partnering directly with the controllers and CFO to monitor the cash reporting, optimize working capital, and manage financial risks tied to global operations and government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead 13-week cash forecast and long-range planningOptimize global cash positioning and working capitalAlign treasury strategy with production schedules and contract cash flowsMonitor global exposure risksEnsure SOX compliance and audit readinessMaintain treasury controls and documentationOwn treasury systems and reporting dashboardsDrive automation and process improvementsMonthly Cash ROFO analysis with risk and opportunitiesParticipation in Budget and PMT in relation to cashWorking with CFO for treasury reporting
Make sure bank reconciliation are in line with SAP GL
Job Requirements
Preferred Attributes
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industries a plus.Familiarity with General accounting and financial reporting for multi-entity or multi-site operations.Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and implement best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA or Masters preferred.Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS; proficiency with SAP, BPC and advanced Excel skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.2–3+ years relevant experience.
