Working Capital & Treasury Manager (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Manager Treasury & Working Capital (f/m/x) to further strengthen our Finance team. This role will provide broad financial direction and oversight as part of the leadership team and will drive execution for the Finance and Treasury field. This is a new role for hear.com which is needed to support the rapid growth of hear.com. The role is based in our Utrecht office and reports to the companys global CFO.

Main tasks:

• Development of Global Treasury and Financing strategy
• Implementation of a Treasury Management System & Working Capital Monitor
• Manage/supervise cash flow forecasting
• Focal point for global bank relationship management
• Global leader for all funding activities
• Optimize funding of subsidiaries via intercompany funding, dividend plans, capital contributions, intercompany payment terms, netting balances
• Negotiate legal agreements related to funding activities
• Ensure global financial discipline for cash flow management and monitor adherence to Treasury policies
• Monitor and to optimize the Companys Working Capital

Your profile:

• University Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling MBA is highly appreciated
• Extensive experience in Corporate Treasury/Corporate Banking or Treasury consultancy
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German or Dutch are a plus
• IT Treasury system skills
• Knowledge of Accounting and Controlling issues related to Treasury activities
• International experience and a CFA certification are a plus
• You are hands-on, you love project work and could ideally already gain
